MICRO WEDDING

If a large expensive Wedding is not what you are after and you want to keep your special day simple yet still beautiful and intimate then our micro wedding package might just be the answer. 


We have created a package for upto 20 guests with all the ceremony and reception essentials you need to pull off a beautiful day with your nearest and dearest. This package is perfect for those backyard or DIY venue Wedding's.

This package can be tailored to cater upto 50 guests, so if you are having something a little bigger please get in touch for a custom quote.

MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE

Ceremony Inclusions:
 

- Seating for upto 20 people ~ choose from 20 white wire chairs, 20 white resin bentwood chairs OR 10 white timber bench seats (seat 2 people per bench)

- Rug of choice ~ choose from our pink vintage carpet runner, a round jute rug or a rectangle rug (vintage or neutral available)

- Choice of backdrop/arbour from our range OR 6 pots from our vessel collection filled with dried palms and dried florals (can also be left empty)

- White signing table with two rattan or white chairs

- Styling piece for signing table

- Personalised hanging welcome sign displayed on black or white frame with your choice of ribbon colour

Reception Inclusions (catering for upto 20 people):

- Dinner Party set up for upto 20 people including tables, chairs, placemats, gold cutlery, water and wine glasses, dinner plates, side plates, linen napkins, and table styling such as table runners/dried florals/candles OR for cocktail style receptions 5 x bar tables, 20 x white stools, styling for bar tables (candles/bud vases), gold cutlery, water and wine glasses, dinner plates, side plates

- White ripple plinth to display your cake
- Choice of one of the following three options:
1. Two sets of festoon lights (with poles if required) for above the dining table / over bar tables with set up/pack down
2. An arch photo backdrop set up

(personalised sicker decal extra if required)
3. Bar package set up



Other Inclusions:

- Our services to deliver, set up and style both your ceremony and reception and return to pack down and collect both your ceremony & reception. For evening events we will pack down your reception the following day. A travel fee will apply if your ceremony & reception are being held more then 20km from Newcastle CBD.
