Couples Picnics
If you want to surprise your loved one with the most magical proposal ever and ensure they say YES then why not book one of our oh so romantic couples picnics. You chose your romantic location of choice and we will set up a dreamy picnic for two! Our couples picnics also make for a memorable and special date or hey perhaps you just need to earn a few brownie points - we have you covered!
Couples picnic inclusions:
- A selection of quality rugs to suit your chosen theme
- A selection of quality cushions to suit your chosen theme
- Hand-made table with plenty of leg room for maximum comfort
- Rattan placemats
- Dinner plate & side plate
- Gold cutlery - knife, fork & spoon
- Goblet wine glasses and/or Champagne glasses
- Water glasses
- Linen napkins
- Table styling pieces such as dried florals, candles etc
- Champagne Bucket with ice
- Delivery, set up and pack down (within a 20km radius of central Newcastle)
- Cleaning of all glassware, plates and cutlery (we still ask you to dispose of any food scraps and pour any liquid from glassware)
Price: $285 + GST
(Only available to set up in locations within 20km of Newcastle)

BOND:
Incase of any incidentals we require a $75 security bond with every couples picnic booking.
This will be returned to you within 1-3 working days after we have packed up your picnic and confirmed that all items are still in their original/undamaged condition. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Set up, pack down and delivery included within 20km of central Newcastle
- The picnic will be set up for 2 hours.
- Please consider amenities when choosing your desired location as we do not provide bathrooms or power
- Your chosen picnic location needs to be within a short walk of ample parking for ease of set up/pack down
- Please have a wet/bad weather back-up plan if you are planning an outdoor picnic
